NUTRITION AND SELF-CARE FOR WOMEN
The Reiki School and Coach Kristin are teaming up to offer two new packages specializing in women’s health and self-care. Kristin will provide nutrition and coaching support tailored to your individual needs and goals. In personalized sessions learn to:
• Transition from dieting to sustainable eating habits for lifelong wellness.
• Utilize food as support for specific health issues and conditions.
• Receive meal planning advice, recipes, and resources to support your journey.
• Address triggers and habits that divert you and learn ways to get back on track.
• Prioritize self-care for overall well-being and life satisfaction.
To support your self-care journey, The Reiki School will provide your choice of:
• Three Reiki or therapeutic massage sessions
Or
• One herbal consultation including custom herbal tea and tincture made for your individual needs.

Includes:
• 3 coaching sessions with coach Kristen Thomlinson, 55 minutes each within 3 months of booking.
• 3 massage or reiki sessions, 55 minutes each from The Reiki School within 3 months of booking.
Option #2 - $750
Includes:
• 3 coaching sessions with coach Kristen Thomlinson, 55 minutes each within 3 months of booking.
• An Herbal consultation, custom herbal tea and tincture from The Reiki School within 3 months of booking.
BODYWORK

6 Pack (55 min) DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE - $685 [Save $65]
Receive 6, 55 minute deep tissue massages within three months of booking. This type of massage uses a number of techniques to more deeply manipulate muscles and connective tissue. It helps ease sore and tight muscles, enhance circulation, and detoxify.
6 Pack (85 min) DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE - $960 [Save $90]
Receive 6, 85 minute deep tissue massages within three months of booking. This type of massage uses a number of techniques to more deeply manipulate muscles and connective tissue. It helps ease sore and tight muscles, enhance circulation, and detoxify.
