Have you thought about learning meditation? Or do you have some experience but need a refresher? Join Adele and learn the basics of mindfulness mediation. In this class, you will be provided the knowledge to begin a mindfulness meditation practice. There will be suggestions for posture and how to sit (or stand, or lie down). This beginner class will focus on the breath and sound. There will be detailed instructions followed by a guided meditation. Bring your curiosity and questions. Come and begin!
