Via Zoom conference, we will go over some simple self practices for you to cope with the stresses and anxiety that some are experiencing due to COVID-19. During this session, we will be going over Do-in which is a shiatsu self practice to help release tension and get your energy flowing for optimal health and wellness. After the session, we will be open for a brief Q&A session. All conferences in this series will be donation based.
