Sophia Hoffer-Perkins: Professional Intuitive Bodywork
Welcome to Intuitive Transformations!
Sophia practices Professional Intuitive Bodywork. This is a cross use of professionally trained bodywork and energy work techniques applied through the directive of intuition. She practices from the belief that each person knows on a deep physical and energetic level what they need to feel whole, free, and well. “As an Intuitive Body-worker I work on two levels, the physical and the energetic; as a facilitator of your own wisdom, I keep one foot in this physical world while the other travels with you to the place of knowledge for your own healing. I understand my role to be receiving and acting on that wisdom’s behalf.” People find great relief from headaches/migraines, intestinal aliments, TMJ, lack of or restless sleep, aches and pains, among others things, and remarkable support and help during times of transition, grief, and general and/or acute stress.
She listens to her intuition and your wisdom and uses her creativity and training to create an effective opportunity for healing. Every session is different. She utilizes the techniques from her 10+ years of experience in bodywork and energy work, and 1000+ hours of education in Reiki, Crainio-Sacral, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Swedish, and ten other modalities. It is an adventure every time – pulling from many traditions and her imagination to create the space, and she uses a variety of tools which may include chanting, guided visualization, sound healing, breathing pattern, aromatherapy, and channeled messages.
Certified in Reiki, Crainio-Sacral, licensed and certified in massage therapy and hydrotherapy, and a member of National Association of Massage Therapists.

Crystal Resonance TherapyTM utilizes the electromagnetic frequencies of crystals and minerals, sound vibration, and guided meditation to engage a client's energy field and physical body in a state of resonance with the Earth's natural electromagnetic field. The process of the laying of stones on energy centers of the body creates shifts in the energetic field of the client to assist in achieving balance between body, mind and spirit.
