Our Lineage

Our Reiki Lineage dates directly back to Mikao, Usui, the founder of our practice. Usui's Method of Natural Healing is the practice that today we simply refer to as Reiki.

Usui taught Chujiro Hayashi, who taught Hawayo Takata, the woman who brought Reiki out of Japan to the USA. Before Ms. Takata died, she taught 22 Reiki Masters who helped to spread Reiki all over the world.
